Spiritual Anatomy of Eyesight - The Way We See The World

How do you see the world ? 

If you can see all the colors of the world, feel grateful. Although chances are that you, along with the majority of the population, may have some type of eye defect.

Since about 8years old I was diagnosed with astigmatism (back then it was a very low grade). At first, wearing glasses was fun and new, however it wasn't long before they felt uncomfortable and boring which meant I rarely used them. Time went by and at the age of 28 I started experiencing headaches so I went to the eye doctor and got a nice pair of glasses. 

This was right around the time I started experiencing my spiritual awakening, and reading a lot on the connections of the body and how we experience the world. 

Our eyes see everything upside down and are projectors of light.. so how does your eye vision affect you spiritually ? 

Astigmatism 

As you can see in the pic above astigmatism means a different focal point and a "pointy" cornea. 

It is related with old fears and trauma, likely formed in our young years.. leaving us to perceive that the reality near us is dangerous. Feelings of not wanting to accept the reality about ourselves thus creating a distorted reality. You can read more about this here. I read this in my research on the subject and it really spoke to me.
